From the order on the Internet, to the offer passed only a little time (24 hours), which was very advantageous for me. Offer acceptance immediately and after the release of the technical drawing, also came quickly the deposit invoice. Also, the information about the production time (16 weeks due to possible delivery problems) was communicated, which was finally delivered after about 9 weeks. The railing was neatly protected for transport and the items were wrapped in bubble wrap. What was not quite so nice that there was still blasting sand in the posts from the process of powder coating, that could have been prevented if you had closed the ventilation holes when blasting. Otherwise super processing and product.

Qualitatively very high quality execution; longer lead time, but then toovelassig punctual; available for queries, open-minded and solution-oriented.
to improve: Length of screws for intermediate posts(must all be shortened); screw material - optics ( galvanized fastening to bare / rusty steel just does not fit).
Otherwise satisfied all around and anytime again - thank you!

I was looking for a wrought iron fence for my listed house. At Eleo, I was able to put together the right fence myself in the configurator and immediately received a price estimate. Detailed questions were carefully answered by phone. Eleo also helped with the measurements and dispatched an installation company to install the fence. The fence is beautiful, the process was smooth, and the price was more than fair. I will order from Eleo again.
