Mr. Islas was able to arrange an appointment for me on very short notice. He showed me the apartment and all the relevant areas (basement, trash bins, access via elevator/stairs). Mr. Islas answered all my questions. Since he spoke Spanish, that was particularly convenient.

In my opinion, Ms. Ikonnikov is a very pleasant real estate agent:
1. She takes plenty of time during viewings, so you can look at everything at your own pace.
2. She answers questions precisely, takes them seriously, and responds as quickly as possible.
3. For example, she showed us another apartment that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, which we ultimately really liked and have now shortlisted.
4. She has a very pleasant, friendly, and engaging manner!
