I was particularly satisfied with the very friendly and professional tour. Mr. Ahrends took plenty of time to explain all the important features of the apartment clearly and thoroughly and to show me each area in detail. This allowed me to get a very good and comprehensive impression of the property. I would therefore definitely recommend the tour and the professional service.

Unfortunately, very unprofessional. The rear apartment building was in poor condition (severe mold and high humidity in the hallway). The newly converted attic apartment was very cheaply built. However, what was particularly unsatisfactory was that the real estate agent tried to downplay the fact that there was a puddle of water in the basement due to moisture. In the worst-case scenario, someone buys the property and the building’s structure is so dilapidated that the entire building has to be torn down. We’ve never seen a house in such poor condition before.

We had a very pleasant tour with Mr. Selmo and felt well taken care of right from the start. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Even after the tour, Mr. Selmo is always available and quickly addresses any remaining questions. We were particularly impressed that all the documents were complete and very well organized. My viewing appointment was cancelled while I was in transit to my viewing appointment. Since I was driving I didn't get the call until I was already there, effectively wasting an hour of my day, where I had to take off from work.

Perhaps the most frustrating part has been that I've now received 2 emails to fill out after my "Besichtigungstermin" that was cancelled less than 30 minutes before the appointment was scheduled.

It’s just a shame that, after comparing the dimensions and floor plan more closely with our needs, the apartment is unfortunately too small for us. Thank you very much!
