Ms. Vogt is fantastic—both in her advice and in her work. The trainee from Italy also did a great job during the installation. Mr. Drewitz listened carefully to our needs and helped us feel connected to the business. For us personally, this was a major investment that we hadn’t factored in before the move. We considered the $6,000 order value to be “reasonable.”
