It took 11 months from the first contact to the successful conclusion of the extrajudicial debt settlement. I am so thrilled! I received highly competent advice right from the start and was always treated with dignity, which was so good in this situation! Above all, I could always call if I had any doubts or fears - I never had the feeling of being a nuisance. The negotiations with my creditors were highly professional and I could feel that the creditors knew that the AdvoNeo team was doing a great job. A big THANK YOU from me - I can really recommend you! The only possible negative point that you have to be aware of right from the start are the costs, which are calculated from the total debt amount.

I have only been with Advoneo for a few weeks and can only report GOOD things! From now on I will continue to report in the reviews how everything went.
I have never experienced such perfect service as here at ADVONEO-
the employees take care of you - you are taken by the hand and guided through the bureaucratic jungle.
THAT is soooo good - no one is alone! I have never experienced anything like this in any other profession - really great!!!
If you don't call and register here, it's your own fault! I am soooo happy to have found Advoneo and now things are looking up again. I will continue to report in the coming reviews how everything has developed!!!

I can't say anything about benefits and performance because I'm still at the beginning of debt counseling.
Otherwise top advice, explanations on the phone or by email. Take time on the phone to explain.
Filling out the list is totally easy, make a copy of the documents from each debtor and send everything out by post.
Anyone can do that easily. I'm looking forward to what happens next.

I have been in the program since 1.04.2024, and so far I can only judge the cooperation in connection with my inventory. I had an extremely nice and friendly employee on the phone Ms. Katanikova, this lady has conjured away all my concerns and fears every time, I can really only say positive things about this lady.

As far as the final result is concerned, I still have to wait until my problem is resolved, then I can give feedback on the deletion of my debt. But what I can say is that I feel I am in good hands at the moment and I am confident that my debts will be settled.

I always got answers to all my questions, I could always talk to my advisor Ms. Katanikova quickly and without long waiting times, and after every phone call I felt strengthened and confident again, all concerns and worries had disappeared again.

So far I can only recommend AdvoNeo, simply great and very, very friendly staff.

As I've only been with them for a month, I can't say much yet🙄 At the moment I'm still paying the same amount as before (due to the wage assignment), but I had to expect that.
I know that patience will probably be the most difficult thing for me too and I hope that everything will work out for the better.
