I can only recommend the young salesman/sales consultant.
The advice and the offer for the new vehicle was very good.
Unfortunately, no independent feedback when the vehicle arrives at the AMZ
(delay in delivery by 2 weeks).
The new vehicle was only filled up with 5 liters! (since the gas station is right outside the front door)!
The quality of the preparation of the new vehicle left a little to be desired.
All in all 5 stars and I would order a vehicle from AMZ Ingolstadt again.

We had the consultation appointment and the handover with Mr. Uyar. He made us an unbeatable offer for the Opel Mokka. Apart from a few minor time-related difficulties (experiencing the mileage and handing over the registration letter), everything went really well.

As far as the topic of rental cars is concerned, either the rental car is not there or it is not reserved although it was promised or you get the wrong one. I was only put off. 7 attempts until my damage was repaired.

I was completely satisfied with the used car purchase, especially because of the commitment of the salesman - Mr. Sarka. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio was right.

I feel well looked after by AMZ's service department. The only annoying thing is the overcrowding on the premises. Wouldn't it be possible to reserve spaces there for delivery by appointment?
