Unfortunately, parking in front of the store is very limited. I think they would be able to work more efficiently if there was more space. Otherwise I am very satisfied, nice, friendly and personable.

I cannot judge the quality and performance. Advice and handling were very good, but probably only because Mr. Oliver Kahl took over. Impression at the service counter was otherwise rather chaotic.
We ordered an e-car via the Internet. The final telephone consultation was very friendly and all questions were answered. The delivery time of the car was then very long at 14 months. But that is probably caused by Opel itself. The handover date could have been a little better prepared. Especially since the day was announced by email and the time on the same day still by phone.
I would like to see a faster response to requests via email. At least a quick short feedback, whether and until when the request is processed, would be a customer-friendly improvement.
My consultant took a lot of trouble and responded professionally to my idea for a new car to suit me. My annoyance, however, was that I did not receive an owner's manual, although that was not my salesman's fault.

The Grandland is now back in tip-top shape.
I had made an appointment for 14.08 last week, for the collection of an interior spare part, unfortunately I had to find that no one was on site. In that case, a little call from AMZ would have made a lot of difference and saved me the double trip.
