In the evening of 03.11.22 we noticed that in our basement of the water ran out of the ceiling and we were thus forced to turn off the tap water. The following day we contacted about 30 companies and received the earliest possible appointment to determine the cause of damage for 08.11. Around 16 clock we reached Mr. Gräßer from the company Locatec. Although he was still busy with another customer and could not estimate how long this appointment would take, he assured us that he would look at the damage on the same day. When Mr. Gräßer arrived, it was already 6 p.m., long after his regular working hours. Nevertheless, he searched goal-oriented and conscientiously until he could locate the cause of the damage. Although it was already after 9 p.m., he prepared the required expert opinion for our insurance company the same evening. We would like to thank Mr. Gräßer once again and can recommend him with the best conscience. Should we need a leak locator again, we would turn to Mr. Gräßer again.
