I was particularly taken with the very friendly manner, customer service and extremely competent advice on our water damage.
Mr. Grässer worked almost the entire time without breaks.

My expectations were exceeded by far. A craftsman contact, which in terms of rapid contact, implementation and flexibility of the date is no longer so self-evident today.
Also in terms of friendliness, expertise, prudence, and goal-oriented action.
I keep the business card handed over by Mr. Gräßer not pro forma, but to be able to recommend this contact in case of need.
I will also pass on my experience of Locatec Erfurt to the commissioning installation company.
