We simply didn't know what to do next. We were really at the end of our tether and totally helpless. We had tried everything and got nowhere. Our daughter woke up every 2 hours every night and wanted to drink. This had been going on for over a year now. All attempts to calm her down in other ways failed.
It was only when Anne-Katrin took us by the hand and showed us ways and possibilities that everything suddenly changed very quickly. We would never have thought that this was possible. We had actually stopped believing that things could improve. And then it was so much better after just 2 weeks. We are really so grateful to Anne-Katrin. We were particularly pleased that we always had the feeling that she wasn't following textbook advice, but that we were always looking at the situation to see what needed to be done. She gave us a lot of confidence, which is why we approached every step with self-assurance. We were impressed and in disbelief at how quickly we started to see results. Anne-Katrin is very personable and we felt very comfortable despite our initial concerns. She is very empathetic and our only regret is that we didn't do the coaching earlier.

Sleep coaching didn't help us personally. We booked a group coaching session. There were four online appointments, an average of 75 minutes per appointment. We discussed beforehand that I would not attend several appointments in person because the time didn't suit me. After Anne-Katrin assured me that it would be enough to listen to the coaching afterwards, I still wanted to give it a try. I have to say that in hindsight I felt differently. I was only able to attend the third appointment and my "case" was only really dealt with there. Which is of course logical, but I had hoped that things would work out differently. Even after the previous consultation. Then it felt like I didn't really learn anything new. I had already described on the phone what I had already tried, but in the end I just tried again and it didn't work out again. However, we had also done a lot of work on the subject of sleep beforehand, as we, or rather I, were in a really bad sleep situation. But the information I got for a lot of money was something I'd already looked up myself beforehand. We didn't get the insider tip we were hoping for. We really stuck with it and tried it for weeks, but nothing helped. But I also have to say that I would have been annoyed if I hadn't tried it. Unfortunately, it was a lot of money for nothing in the end. Weeks later, the only thing that helped us was weaning.

Anne dealt with our problems and concerns in a very empathetic and professional manner.
We are grateful to her that our two children now find it much easier and more relaxed to sleep.

Thanks to Anne-Katrin, we can finally go about our daily lives again without being completely exhausted. We turned to her in desperation because our son woke up up to 10 times at night and hardly slept at all during the day. Anne-Katrin brought us step by step to our goal over the weeks, and now we are at twice a night, which is completely age-appropriate. We are very grateful for that. Our son is now also much more balanced and a very happy child. We would always recommend the consultation and have already been annoyed that we didn't do it with our first son, who slept just as terribly.

We already booked a seminar from Anne in August 08/22 which opened our eyes and gave us lots of ideas.
After that I signed up for the VIP Club to get longer term advice. It was the best thing I could have done.

I was particularly satisfied with the new knowledge about the sleep cycles of small children and with the fact that I was told exact and very individual steps for action and was able to implement them very well, and that I got help at any time with problems and above all that I was taken away the fear of trying something new, everything was really great.

I'm so glad we did it. It was the best decision. I would do it again any time.

Do you know it too: the evening routine is characterized by the hope that the child will fall asleep quickly and relaxed, preferably without a pacifier, and hopefully sleep through the night?

But the reality is different: falling asleep doesn't take less than 60-90 minutes, even if a parent is lying next to the child in bed, the pacifier is there and the child wakes up at least once or twice a night for a long time!

That's what happened with our 2.5 year old daughter! That's exactly why we decided to go for sleep coaching! I often notice that parents feel uncomfortable and weak when they seek support! But nobody has to! Nobody is perfect and getting help is legitimate and shows strength!

Through Anne's sleep coaching and the relaxed meetings with her (always at eye level) we have all achieved our goals!

Our daughter falls asleep on her own within a few minutes, no longer needs a pacifier and has been sleeping for 12-13 hours straight for weeks! Of course, this is a total relief for us parents, but more importantly: our daughter is much more balanced and alert because she sleeps in a relaxed way!

We were very desperate and dead tired because our son did not sleep for a long time at a stretch and had long periods of wakefulness.

For a long time we thought about whether we should do the coaching.
Too long....
The price was also totally okay.
We thought it would be more expensive.

He fell asleep only with breastfeeding and only with us in the parents bed.
After 45 min he woke up and then every 2 hours.

Thanks to Anne, our son sleeps through after group coaching in his own room.
Naps are also no longer a problem.

We participated in the coaching in late 2022/early 2023. My twins were born in Mäez 21 and have slept separately until January and wanted to have up to 4 bottles at night.after the coaching everything was different.they fell asleep without music. Then I put them together and that also worked great. The first days were exhausting but it was worth it. It got easier from week to week. I reduced the bottles and put less and less in. Until the beginning of June, they both drank 1 bottle at night with 90 still in it or slept through it from time to time. Then I left them out completely and offered only water. This was quickly accepted. They sleep since then more and more often through and need also no more water. I am glad that I sought help and Anne-Katrin helped me. I am so grateful to her and would recommend it to anyone. She is super on one and you can implement their tips super. Thank you so much for this dear Anne-Katrin. 🥰💗

I was very satisfied with the seminar. My questions and the questions of the other participants were addressed individually 😊.
I have already recommended the seminar to other moms and in some moments I am annoyed that I have not done it earlier.

I especially liked her empathy and that she really took her time. In addition, she explained all the complexities so great that you can well understand why which actions can have a positive or negative effect on the baby's sleep and has shown great ways and solutions for the personal problem. The best thing for me personally is that after 3 days I could already see an improvement in sleep, I would never have thought that possible. I will recommend her to everyone and advise everyone not to wait too long to get good support. Really super, in every respect and heartily recommend!

I did the sleep coaching with Anne-Katrin half a year ago and I am still very enthusiastic. Anne-Katrin took a lot of time for us. Since then, our daughter sleeps much better during the day and at night and is much more balanced.

Although our son was significantly older than most of the other children at the sleep coaching, she gave us individual tips, all of which worked without neglecting the child's needs.
