Anne dealt with our problems and concerns in a very empathetic and professional manner.
We are grateful to her that our two children now find it much easier and more relaxed to sleep.

Thanks to Anne-Katrin, we can finally go about our daily lives again without being completely exhausted. We turned to her in desperation because our son woke up up to 10 times at night and hardly slept at all during the day. Anne-Katrin brought us step by step to our goal over the weeks, and now we are at twice a night, which is completely age-appropriate. We are very grateful for that. Our son is now also much more balanced and a very happy child. I was particularly satisfied with the new knowledge about the sleep cycles of small children and with the fact that I was told exact and very individual steps for action and was able to implement them very well, and that I got help at any time with problems and above all that I was taken away the fear of trying something new, everything was really great.

Do you know it too: the evening routine is characterized by the hope that the child will fall asleep quickly and relaxed, preferably without a pacifier, and hopefully sleep through the night?

But the reality is different: falling asleep doesn't take less than 60-90 minutes, even if a parent is lying next to the child in bed, the pacifier is there and the child wakes up at least once or twice a night for a long time!

That's what happened with our 2.5 year old daughter! That's exactly why we decided to go for sleep coaching! I often notice that parents feel uncomfortable and weak when they seek support! But nobody has to! Nobody is perfect and getting help is legitimate and shows strength!

Through Anne's sleep coaching and the relaxed meetings with her (always at eye level) we have all achieved our goals!

Our daughter falls asleep on her own within a few minutes, no longer needs a pacifier and has been sleeping for 12-13 hours straight for weeks! Of course, this is a total relief for us parents, but more importantly: our daughter is much more balanced and alert because she sleeps in a relaxed way!

We were very desperate and dead tired because our son did not sleep for a long time at a stretch and had long periods of wakefulness.

For a long time we thought about whether we should do the coaching.
Too long....
The price was also totally okay.
We thought it would be more expensive.

He fell asleep only with breastfeeding and only with us in the parents bed.
After 45 min he woke up and then every 2 hours.

Thanks to Anne, our son sleeps through after group coaching in his own room.
Naps are also no longer a problem.

We participated in the coaching in late 2022/early 2023. My twins were born in Mäez 21 and have slept separately until January and wanted to have up to 4 bottles at night.after the coaching everything was different.they fell asleep without music. Then I put them together and that also worked great. The first days were exhausting but it was worth it. It got easier from week to week. I reduced the bottles and put less and less in. Until the beginning of June, they both drank 1 bottle at night with 90 still in it or slept through it from time to time. Then I left them out completely and offered only water. This was quickly accepted. They sleep since then more and more often through and need also no more water. I am glad that I sought help and Anne-Katrin helped me. I am so grateful to her and would recommend it to anyone. She is super on one and you can implement their tips super. Thank you so much for this dear Anne-Katrin. 🥰💗

I was very satisfied with the seminar. My questions and the questions of the other participants were addressed individually 😊.
I have already recommended the seminar to other moms and in some moments I am annoyed that I have not done it earlier.

I especially liked her empathy and that she really took her time. In addition, she explained all the complexities so great that you can well understand why which actions can have a positive or negative effect on the baby's sleep and has shown great ways and solutions for the personal problem. The best thing for me personally is that after 3 days I could already see an improvement in sleep, I would never have thought that possible. I will recommend her to everyone and advise everyone not to wait too long to get good support. Really super, in every respect and heartily recommend!

I did the sleep coaching with Anne-Katrin half a year ago and I am still very enthusiastic. Anne-Katrin took a lot of time for us. Since then, our daughter sleeps much better during the day and at night and is much more balanced.

Great support for rndlich more comfortable nights

Our daughter was 12 months old when I could no longer sleep, was constantly irritable and exhausted. For 12 months I had not slept longer than 2.5 hours at a stretch.
I read a lot, tried a lot and still nothing brought the desired success.
I booked the coaching with Anne-Kathrin on my own, my husband was not enthusiastic.

To cut a long story short, after the 1st meeting and the 1st tips we were on fire together and all doubts were blown away. Highly motivated we started the next 4 weeks. Since then, our daughter falls asleep quickly, she sleeps through the night and is in a better mood when she gets up.

I can only recommend the coaching, you learn so much. Anne-Katrin is great at guiding you through the time (and afterwards). You yourself become more relaxed, more rested and in a better mood.

The nice and empathetic way of Anne-Katrin convinced me to participate in the sleep coaching and it was absolutely worth it. My son was only 3 months old at the beginning of the coaching and I am so glad I decided to take part. The first changes occurred already after 2 weeks and until today (my son is now 18 months) he is a super sleeper thanks to the coaching. I can really recommend the sleep coaching to everyone without reservation and would do it again and again.

Our son has always cried without end before sleep. Anne-Katrin has helped us to help him sleep more gently. The methods are adapted to each child and are very gentle and need-oriented.
Finally, sleeping works so well that we are all much more relaxed. It was really worthwhile to participate in her coaching.

We did the sleep coaching with Anne-Katrin because our son could not sleep on his own. Anne-Katrin accompanied us for 4 weeks through a weekly Zoom Call. If there was a need, we could also call in between. In the Zoom groups, everyone described their problems and Anne-Katrin dealt with everyone individually. Everyone was given a task to be implemented by the next Zoom to improve their sleep. At the next appointment, everyone told how well it had worked and where there were still problems. From week to week you made more and more progress and Anne-Katrin always motivated you very much.

At the final meeting, she gave you tips on how to manage in the future, so that even after bad phases, e.g. teething, illness, then sleep well again.

Our life has changed completely through the coaching. Everyone sleeps well in their own bed.

I can only recommend the coaching to everyone.
