It is a nice solution that is understandable and also makes an impression. I always have my laptop with me at training events and have Apprentio open, as it also makes an impression on potential trainees.
The current trainees also like Apprentio very much, as it structures the training and acts as a central software with reports and documents.

I've been working with the Excel list since 2009, and in 2015 we opted for the cloud version. This allows both the trainees and the training officers to keep track of the progress and we don't have to print everything out like we did back then. We are very satisfied with the system. We continue to use the Excel list as we have made some changes that we need. We can only recommend Apprentio, and we do.

Apprentio is the perfect planner for our training, very clear, easy to handle and with the report booklet we have the possibility to record the status of all trainees at a glance.

We use APPRENTIO Knowledge Base if we have any questions. If the site doesn't know what to do, our friendly colleagues from Support are there for us.

I didn't have a training management tool at my last company, so I was delighted to find Apprentio at my current company. The tool makes it much easier to organize, maintain and manage training assignments. Using Apprentio saves me a few hours a week at peak times.
The trainees can also find all the documents relating to training contracts, exam registrations etc. there. All in one place.
We use the assessment and feedback function. The assessments are also the perfect basis for creating training certificates after the apprenticeship.
The support is super friendly and responds quickly. Thumbs up! I can recommend Apprentio to others.

Our experience with Apprentio has been extremely positive so far.
The platform is intuitive and user-friendly. Both trainers and trainees find their way around easily, which makes the system very pleasant to use.
The central administration has enabled us to optimize our training processes considerably. This has led to a significant increase in efficiency in our training management.
Apprentio's communication functions make the exchange between trainers and trainees much easier.
The possible evaluations provide valuable insights into the progress of trainees and allow us to make targeted adjustments to our training strategies. This function helps us to continuously improve the quality of our training programs.
We appreciate the professional support we always receive from your team. Questions, suggestions etc. are dealt with directly and work is done on implementation.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Apprentio and look forward to working with them in the future.

We introduced Apprentio in summer 2023 to bring training in our training department up to a modern, up-to-date standard. The concept covers the entire planning and administration of training, including the possibility of feedback from departments and trainees in order to continuously improve the quality of training. The system has been very well received by our trainees and trainers and they have learned how to use it very quickly.
All in all, we are very satisfied and would choose it again at any time.
