1. appointment was not entered
2. appointment was initially supposed to last until the next day, only after massive complaints was the car ready by 18:00 (service & MOT no repair)
3. the service package was forgotten to be included in the invoice, which was only noticed by us the next day, we had to go back to correct the invoice.
It could hardly be worse!
