Hello, it was about changing the winter tires. As I have a lot to do at work, I was already running late. An employee called me to ask for an appointment. Not only did her colleague call me, but her friendly and customer-oriented manner was a pleasant surprise, especially in view of the more than borderline experience at Kropf in Roth. I was there early for the appointment, the workshop manager took my car even earlier than agreed, it was ready on time and, in view of the difficult parking situation on site, was ready to drive off directly at the exit. I also found the option of changing the tires on a Saturday very customer-friendly. The people in Roth should not only take a leaf out of their book, but a whole slice! Compliments to Nuremberg, it was a great experience! :o)

Generally a very nice contact and advice from Mrs. Yilmaz and Mr. Zimmermann. Mrs. Yilmaz explained all the formalities and the car itself calmly and in detail, Mr. Zimmermann organized the handover of the necessary documents for registration very well in terms of time and personally cooperated in a fully satisfactory manner.
However, the car was not processed on time, first the TÜV test was overlooked and only made up for quickly on the day of registration, so I had to drive to the dealership before the registration date, which was very stressful in terms of time. Then after the registration at the handover by Mrs. Yilmaz it was found that the winter tires are still mounted in the month of May. This should have been noticed during the TÜV inspection! Unfortunately, I could not yet see the summer tires and the corresponding rims, which were always in stock at the first meeting and the handover date (with regard to tread depth, rim appearance).
As a result, the car will unfortunately have to remain in the workshop for longer and I will have to organize the pick-up with the family on a different day than originally agreed.
In future, they should coordinate the handover date with their customers and the completion in the workshop better.

They said the first three customer services were free. Then I was told to pay 1600 euros for brakes and customer service. Outrageous. I am very dissatisfied.

I took over my vehicle, a Citroen Berlinge, after the leasing contract expired. The various (other) options were presented to me transparently and conclusively beforehand and I felt that I had received good and comprehensive advice. Everything was fine!
