I rated the customer service as poor because no handover was made after the service. The employee was obviously overworked. He only told me that the invoice would be sent to me. I was therefore not informed whether the services were carried out as agreed or whether something was wrong. Therefore, it is not possible for me to assess the quality, offer and advice. I also asked for the battery to be checked because the automatic starter was not working. I was not informed about this either. Because of this, but also because there was no handover, I first asked another employee to call me when he had time. As he still hadn't called me the next day, I asked him to call me back again. To date, this has not been done again. I can therefore only rate the service and customer friendliness as poor. For these reasons, I will no longer consider using this company again.
