I'm not happy at all at the moment. I was there to change the tires and it took over three quarters of an hour and then the car radio was out of adjustment.
I was also not reminded of the TÜV appointment or the tire change appointment.
I think that if you no longer offer this kind of service, you should at least let customers know so that they know where they stand. Kind regards
Several years of workshop experience at Kropf..... Service, advice and expert know-how all wrapped up in very friendly support from Mr. Regn senior. I also got to know Mr. Lindner as a competent employee in his field.

I cannot rate Autohaus Kropf because I have been a customer of OPEL -Thomas for 50 years and have always been extremely satisfied and served with care.
I hope that this will remain so after the unexpected takeover by OPEL - Kropf . Because I continue to expect the usual service.
So far, since the takeover, I have only had dealings with the previous employees I knew very well, and they have been just as satisfied as before.
This means that the assessment of "processing" and "service" does not refer to the Kropf company, but to the employees I have known for a long time. It is certainly not my place to rate a new company after such a short time.

I don't think it's in the interest of your company to let a (?customer service manager) like Mr. Partsch loose on customers. Such an unfriendly and impertinent person should not be let loose on customers.
If he can't deal with customers, he shouldn't deal with customers.

The experience relates to the service/repairs at the branch in Roth and customer service in general has been declining for a few years in my view. The personal contact is rather rude and you don't get the feeling that it's about the customer. The execution of the work itself is fine. You can understand that the prices are not too cheap for an authorized workshop, but not why the customer service is not up to par.
I had ordered a rental car for the day. I was promised that I would get an Opel Crossland with automatic transmission. I then got an Opel Combo with manual transmission.
The employee's comment: That's just the way it is, we have no other vehicle.
Also, the speedometer showed 1000 km more than stated in the handover protocol. The vehicle also did not have a full tank of gas as stated.
Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined in my opinion. Only the workshop prices have risen enormously.
