I would recommend best patterns to anyone who wants to improve their communication skills.
Matthias has helped me to change the way I communicate with customers, employees or in my private life in a short space of time. I can conduct conversations with angry people much better and bring them down to a reasonable level. I find it easier to address unpleasant issues and work out a solution for both sides.
