My real estate agent Thomas Vuckovic is a young, very committed, competent and solution-oriented real estate consultant with a lot of experience, who never tired of arranging viewing appointments with interested parties, of which unfortunately around half were canceled or interested parties simply didn't show up. He always took a lot of time to answer all my questions about renting and individual interested parties in detail and ultimately found the right tenant for my apartment. His ambition, knowledge of human nature and experience with real estate set him apart and I would entrust him with finding a tenant for my apartment again at any time. A clear recommendation! I put a vacation home up for rent at exactly the wrong time of year. My advisor assured me that it would be possible to rent the house at short notice and at my desired rental price - and it was.
With his prudent manner, he kept me regularly up to date and - as promised - presented me with enough interested parties within the specified time, so that I was able to rent out my property quickly and securely. His demeanor was always courteous, prudent and forward-looking. All agreements and appointments as well as the exchange of documents were handled punctually, reliably and on time.
It was a very pleasant collaboration - I would be happy to work with him again at any time!
