For me, working with Wolfgang Bigott was proof that professionalism and analytical acuity do not have to be at odds with a human touch. When international experience with different (corporate) cultures leads to a more open view and a broader horizon, as in this case, then this is also good for consulting German companies.

In addition, I would like to emphasize two aspects in a particularly positive way:
1) the "ability to listen". Mr. Bigott took an unbiased and comprehensive look at the local conditions and problems and gave space and time to describe situations and challenges. Through focused questioning/questioning on his part, it was evident that he wanted to gain a detailed understanding of our situation and quickly acquired this.
2) Responsiveness and flexibility to changes in the project: the always open ear as well as the understanding for changed considerations were very convincing and influenced our project positively to a high degree.

Mr. Bigott first fully analyzed my situation and worked through it with me. Based on these findings, we planned the further course of action for both acute problems and follow-up appointments. Among other things, he enabled me to identify personal strengths and weaknesses and at the same time provided valuable tips on how I could deal with these in the future. Overall, the consultation included many insights that went beyond the causal concern, but which I would not want to miss again.
