Very good service provider. The reports are very detailed and testify to a very good reception of the respective caller. The requested assessment of callers for seriousness is always provided to my complete satisfaction. Only the reporting interface deserves improvement. It is not possible to search for calls in the list. It is also not possible to mark processed calls as "read" or "completed". This is despite the fact that these features were promised a year ago.
In my opinion, the employees succeed well in establishing a relationship with the calling customer, even though the employees are not personally on site or not employed by you. In most cases, it is not noticeable that it is a secretarial service. This is great.
