I can highly recommend this practice. I attended three appointments for microneedling with PRP over the course of three months. My treatments were all completed by Nicole. She was very friendly and explained in detail what to expect from the procedure, especially considering I am English and cannot speak German very clearly at the moment.
The treatment itself went smoothly, the clinic is very relaxing and had excellent hygiene standards.
Firstly an anesthetic was applied to my face and while this was working some blood was taken to extract the plasma. The extraction of my blood went smoothly, and a short time later there were many test tubes filled with blood ready to be used for the treatment.
For microneedling, a small pen-like device with many needles is used and the plasma is attached to this device. There is a funny feeling when the device is applied, but usually no pain. In some of the more sensitive areas, like the nose, it may feel a little strange. The remaining plasma is massaged onto the face (it's not red, it's white) and then a Hyalornic face mask is applied. The clinic is comfortable, and it's actually quite relaxing to listen to music and wait a while for the mask to take effect.
A short time later, the mask is removed and I took home some skin care for aftercare. Nicole reminded me how to take care of my skin after the treatment.
The face is definitely red after the treatment and this is normal, it also feels like a sunburn. However, a few days later this has almost completely disappeared.
I had two more treatments in exactly the same way as recommended for the initial treatment. It is now three months after the treatment and I am very pleased. My skin is smoother and more radiant and that is exactly what I wanted. I also feel that my skin is a little tighter and that my eye area is less dark, which I didn't expect and am very happy with that.
I highly recommend this treatment at Chirugika with Nicole.

It is a super clinic for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Leipzig. I have been suffering from sagging breasts for years, so I decided to have a breast augmentation. Dr. Hohmann-Bauch from Leipzig really took a lot of time in the consultation and answered all my questions understandably. Now I will have my breast surgery including breast lift next March. I have no fears and trust Dr. Hohmann-Bauch 100%. Since I have three children I am very happy that I can have my breast augmentation in Leipzig.
