There are collaborations - and there are real partnerships.
With Conny Scheier and his team at Koop-Konzepte, I experience the latter.
We now work closely with two clients in a spirit of trust and always in full consultation with the clients. Conny supports the companies in the areas of values, culture and employee development, while I strengthen the owner's perspective. This combination not only makes sense - it is extremely fruitful. It creates clarity, stability and real progress where companies want to grow.
What I particularly appreciate about Conny: his calmness, his depth, his genuine interest in people. He listens before he speaks. And when he speaks, something moves. His work creates spaces in which employees find meaning, orientation and togetherness again. That is more valuable today than ever.

We have already engaged numerous trainers and consultants for our company. Conny has been by far the most widely accepted across the breadth of our management team. The unanimous opinion after our management retreat, which Conny accompanied, is the desire to continue working together.
In particular, Conny understood how to see everyone in the room with their different emotions and thoughts, to pick them up and to ensure an extremely efficient dialog with concrete results.
