In the book "My Health Code", 35 authors share their very personal health experiences with the reader, the lessons they have learned and what their health code is today in the areas of eating, drinking, sleep, family, friends, love, supplements, nature, sport, relaxation, stress management and detoxification.
Very stimulating and extremely inspiring for the reader are the authors' current daily routines, which they have developed self-reflectively from past habits, which check-ups they regularly do and which supplements they -why- consume in order to live a long and healthy life. Their very different and individual explanations are much more than a collection of already known health tips. A closer "look" reveals that the authors do justice to the book's productive approach: Looking at health holistically. Anyone who approaches their body from the authors' (systemic) perspective will no longer want to leave their health exclusively to experts and rely on medical products after reading the book. Instead, they will realize that prevention and maintaining health are always their own responsibility.
After each story, the reader is given the opportunity to actively reflect, to record their own thoughts or suggestions from the authors that they would like to try out themselves or research in more detail. At the end of the book, the reader is given their very own, individual health code to live a long and healthy life, to grow old healthily or to readjust things.
The book is very inspiring to (re)engage more intensively and, above all, constantly with the topic of health/health maintenance.
