While searching for a used home, I encountered several slick oiled realtors. Some of them wanted to sell me a 27 year old oil heater as still usable. Others did not even know that open pits are no longer allowed for 20 years and if you asked them about building encumbrance register and the like, then you got the answer, you would have to ask the municipality.

All this does not happen to them with Mr. Hanemann! Here a man appears in a calm, objective and very friendly manner. His exposés are not embellished, but represent an object seriously. Based on his knowledge of the local administration, he has quickly and successfully taken care of written information on the land use plan, building encumbrance register and use of the property.

At the notarization meeting I also experienced Mr. Hanemann as a helpful person towards a seller. In my opinion, he also took good care of him and helped the seller to understand the contract and the following procedure.
