Mr. Pfauch responded very quickly on a Sunday morning to damage in a complex piping situation (multi-story building, supply lines laid in the screed for single-pipe heating and for hot water circulation). He was on site quickly and the search was very structured. Despite the complex piping situation, he kept circling the defective area. Eventually, a floor tile was removed non-destructively. The leakage was located directly underneath. The report came as agreed the following day in the morning by mail. Everything was clearly documented. The damage site and the effects were also recorded on pictures. So there is no stress with the insurance later.
For further questions, Mr. Pfauch was even available by phone and gave helpful tips for further work. Should another damage occur, we will contact Mr. Pfauch again.
