Moisture damage of unknown cause in the cellar, a call to the very nice customer service, 2 days later Mr. Somers was with us. Everything was checked and explained in detail on site. A very complex leak detection was carried out professionally. The employee (in our case, Mr. Stichling) kept a cool head at all times, even though several people (insurance company, plumber....) constantly interjected comments. Everything was always explained to us as homeowners and agreed with us. It could not have been better. A big thank you for the quick help!
