Reacted very quickly. The first conversation was very informative and very empathetic. Two offers on the table the very next day. The assignment didn't materialize after all, as we found an inpatient care place at short notice. But I would contact DSB again at any time and felt that I was in very good hands.

Deutsche Seniorenbetreuung has always shown itself to be very flexible when the selection of a care
caregiver was not what was hoped for.
This was followed by good communication with the aim of quickly changing the person and

The telephone calls with Deutsche Seniorenbetreung were always friendly and mostly with good results. Conclusion of contracts and invoicing/payment without any problems. In addition to great staff, we also had total failures where we had to rely on ourselves for care for a few days. However, the staff at Deutsche Seniorenbetreung always did everything they could to close the care gap again quickly.

We received comprehensive, easy-to-understand information in advance. Any questions we had were answered quickly and in a friendly manner. There was a selection of several supervisors with detailed descriptions (CV, previous activities, references). The entire process went smoothly. We were very satisfied with "our" supervisor.

Quick confirmation (within a few days) of a carer who was well suited to my grandmother's requirements profile. Asking whether everything is going well also allows us to recommend DS with a clear conscience.

We worked with Dt. Seniorenbetreuung in Heilbronn from October 2019 to January 2024 and received excellent advice and support without exception. All the staff were always there to help us!

We were able to organize caregivers for my father-in-law through Deutsche Seniorenbetreuung so that he could be cared for in his home. The employees were always very friendly and courteous, very quick in organizing the caregivers and always interested in an honest exchange. Three days after our initial contact, the first caregiver was able to arrive. After each change of caregiver, we were asked whether everything had gone well, whether all parties were satisfied and if there were any problems, there was always a contact person who was interested in finding a good and quick solution. The potential caregivers were always well selected and introduced. We were very satisfied with the work of Deutsche Seniorenbetreuung and it was a great relief for us.

So far we have been absolutely satisfied with the placement of a caregiver! Easy accessibility in case of questions and good information supply makes us recommend the agency to others.

From the first contact to the placement of an excellent caregiver, we had the impression of professional support at all times. The documents handed out at the beginning are very comprehensive and the contracts are easy to understand. We were repeatedly asked for feedback during the care period in order to clarify any discrepancies at an early stage. We would be happy to recommend them to others.
