Alena was very reliable, caring and patiently and sensitively looked after my husband. She carried out all tasks with care and attention, from daily care to household help. She was able to build a good relationship with my husband through her charisma, however there were difficulties in communication as Alena does not speak English and my husband does not speak German. This sometimes led to misunderstandings and made communication difficult so that she could not always respond to my husband's wishes.

I am particularly grateful to the senior care team for the uncomplicated provision of a caregiver who was willing to make the long journey at short notice.

With regard to the extra costs, however, it would be helpful if a budget for the time could be agreed with the care provider in order to keep the cost of meals within reasonable limits.

In addition to great staff, we also had total failures where we had to rely on ourselves for care for a few days.
