The consultation was very detailed and the planned construction measure was appropriate for the size of the roof and the annual power consumption. The implementation was somewhat delayed due to the season, but then very quickly. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that all measures were carried out from a single source.

We are extremely satisfied with Mr. Schulnick's project support. His statements on the benefits of PVA were immediately convincing, the service regarding plant registration was comprehensive, as was the advice on the customer's approach. The adherence to the delivery date was precise as agreed. Mr. Jacob's installation team worked very cleanly and effectively. The electrical connection and commissioning by Mr. Faulhaber went quickly, our wishes were fully taken into account.
The fact that we could only award 4 stars for the price-performance ratio is not the fault of enerix, but is due to the current economic-political situation in the country.
We can recommend enerix with a clear conscience.

From the advice, the accompaniment, the execution and the support, the team of the company Enerix Berlin is by far the best we have encountered on the local market. The advice was comprehensive, friendly and a contact person was always available for us. The installation of the system was on time, fast, clean and precise. The subsequent instruction was comprehensive. The office takes care of many processes that have to do with the application, registration, etc.. We felt in good hands all around and are pleased with the smooth implementation.

The planning and implementation worked very well on the whole. The installation was very professional, documents and documentation were prepared and provided as promised and the registration of the plant was supported.
In terms of price, certainly not a discounter, but reliable processing and German quality products, which hopefully also give us a long lifetime. Only the choice of the plant size and the area utilization of the roof are m.M.n. not optimal. Here, in the overall package, a series of fewer modules would have done the overall concept good.

In principle, everything worked out in the end as was to be expected at the beginning.
The situation was somewhat difficult due to the general shutdown of all Senec storage, but now everything is running fine and probably better controlled than with other storage manufacturers.
I find the payment methods of Enerix expandable.
Excellent I found the work of the craftsmen of the partner company . Fix, friendly and very professional, also the associated office. Thanks to Mrs. Hamich for her patience.
Overall, I think I have made a good choice.

We asked for information and some detailed information from various suppliers in December 22. Only the company enerix, Berlin branch, responded immediately. The last feedback came at the beginning of May, about 6 months later. The customer service was highly professional from the first moment, all concerns and open points were worked through calmly and without Zeiotdruck,
About the installation, one can only say, à la honneur, just class. Both teams, the installers as well as the electricians worked highly professional, their behavior towards the client could not be better, the work area was handed over clean and tidy after completion. We have had no negative experiences and would always use the company, Berlin branch, again in the future.

From the initial consultation to the commissioning, everything went very well! The company enerix kept all appointments and always communicated proactively, openly and transparently with us. The installation of the PV modules and commissioning of the electricity storage system were extremely professional. We also found the registration of the system with the grid operator, etc. very pleasant. I would buy the system again at any time.

Trotz der durch CORONA aktuell schwierigen Zeiten verlief der gesamte Vorgang der Installation und Inbetriebnahme im vorgeplanten Zeitplan. Die Monteure arbeiteten sehr sorgfältig und außerordentlich professionell.
Die Beratung und Betreuung vor während und nach dem Einbau der Anlage durch Herrn Schulnick und die ENERIX Mitarbeiter war und ist hervorragend.
Wir sind froh, das Projekt mit dieser Firma gemacht zu haben.

Kurz gesagt: vom sehr detaillierten Startgespräch, über den pünktlichen Arbeitsbeginn mit Fertigstellung nach 1,5 Tagen, bis hin zum Abschluss mit ausführlicher Ein- und Unterweisung, können wir sagen, dass alles zu unserer größten Zufriedenheit geklappt hat. Fragen, die die zukünftige Betreuung oder die Funktionsweise der PV-Anlage betreffen, konnte ich noch nicht beurteilen. Meine Angaben beziehen sich auf den Prozess der Entscheidung für die Enerix-Anlage sowie auf den Einbau. Beides verlief zu meiner großen Zufriedenheit. Die Beratung war objektiv und überzeugend. Der Einbau verlief pünktlich und sehr qualifiziert. Die Handwerker auf dem Dach und an der Elektrik waren motiviert, erklärten mir, was sie tun, gingen untereinander sehr freundlich miteinander um und handelten konzentriert und überlegt. Es war ein Vergnügen, dem Einbau zuzuschauen! Nun bin ich gespannt, ob und wie die Einspeisung in die Cloud funktioniert
