I ordered an e scooter there the e scooter had a breakdown after a few months we still had the warranty and wanted to return it then the employees said that a chip was installed in the scooter my children are 14 and 15 they have no idea how to do this and also do not have the necessary money then I went to Benning the employees were very unfriendly and gave me back the e scooter even more broken than before.
One employee sends me to the next employee, who sends me back to the previous one. And then I have to go to customer service because of a mini cable for a small MUSICbox. No wonder they then resort to the Internet
I took the Varta CR2 from the extensive range of batteries to the checkout and was told to pay €11.99. When I asked, the price was confirmed again. "The small batteries are so expensive". But I listened to my gut feeling and didn't buy them. I only paid 4.99 @ for the same Varta CR2 at Hagebau across the street.
I was at Expert Bening in Aurich yesterday and received excellent advice from Mr. Koca. The selection is very large and you can always find something. The store design is also very nice. I'd love to go back again

Expensive protective film was poorly applied by the employee. Employee was so unfriendly, boss was informed and was understanding. New film was handed out by unfriendly employee Mr. D. and showed himself unfriendly again by saying "he would not like to give me the film and would not see it."
Will not buy anything there again. Too bad

Have today bought a battery vacuum cleaner from Miele, were served by Mrs. Debelts, were super advised, the woman knew the best way to know, very nice competent saleswoman as you rarely find 5 stars, we will be happy to come to you again at the next purchase at Bening. vg Josef and Maria.
Goods were not taken back and that although one was there not even 2 hours ago. No trace of goodwill! The sales manager has no idea how to deal with a customer! Disrespectful behavior! Never again!
