Feature by feature: what it does, how it looks on your website or profile, and what changes for you. Open the one you're curious about.
The email you send two days later arrives too late. With the NFC device, customers can leave feedback right after their experience.
Place it on your counter. Customers simply tap their phone or scan the code and go straight to your survey. Nothing to download, no sign-up.
The same side works for tapping and scanning, so it works with any mobile.
Many businesses lose reviews every day, not because customers are unhappy, but because they're asked too late.
Review Butler is ProvenExpert's app for iOS and Android. Hand your phone or tablet to customers the moment their experience ends, and they leave their feedback right there.
Use it at reception, at a service desk, at a trade fair or at the end of a webinar. Wherever you deal with people face to face, a review is within reach.

Your profile doesn't just show what people say about you. It also shows what you're selling right now, with prices and terms.
Publish each service with an image, description, price and the details that define it: duration, sessions included, places available. Group them by category, and switch them on or off without deleting them when you stop offering them.
Each offer also collects its own reviews, so anyone looking for a specific service can see how it went for people who already booked it.
Your customers can add photos or videos when they leave a review. It all appears on your profile, right next to their comment.
A recognisable place, a face, a voice. It's the first thing hesitant visitors look for, and something a fake review can never show.
I've been with them for a few months now and I'm really pleased. I had no idea how important reviews were for my business, and these past months have proved it.
Now there's a face, a place and a video. Same review, but nobody has to take it on faith anymore.
Your next customer doesn't just read what people say about you. They check whether you reply, and how. An unanswered complaint counts twice.
Click the generate button and ProvenExpert drafts a reply based on the review. Choose the tone, read what it's written, tweak it and save.
The reply is published under the review, signed by your business, for everyone who comes after.
Nothing gets published on its own. You always review the draft before it's saved.
The end result was good, but the project took longer than planned and it was hard to know where things stood.
Write your reply, or click the generate button and let ProvenExpert draft it.
Your profile convinces anyone who finds it. The seal brings that same proof to your website, where customers make their decision.
Show potential customers your quality by adding the PRO Seal to your website. Display your great reputation at a glance with your rating stars, latest reviews and recommendation rate. Make a great impression from the very first moment!
Inline sits inside your page content and scrolls with it. Floating sticks to the left or right edge and stays on screen as visitors scroll down. Click each button and watch how it behaves as the page scrolls.
More compact, for when the proof is all you need. Choose a version with stars and rating, one focused on your number of reviews, one with a rotating customer comment, a bar fixed to the bottom of the browser, or the wide format with scores per criterion and your top-rated skills.
All of them are generated in your dashboard. Pick the language and paste them into your website as a code snippet.

The inline seal scrolls up with the content and eventually leaves the screen.

An award only means something when you have to earn it. All three are won by reaching specific levels of reviews, recommendation and rating.
Move the sliders and see which ones you could win. Your dashboard does the same with your real data and shows how many reviews you need to reach the next level.
Once you've earned them, order them online for your website or as physical awards to display at your business. The first shipment is free.

You need 8 more reviews to qualify for the first one.
Your Google result can show stars, an average rating and a review count. That's the difference between just another link and a recommendation.
ProvenExpert gives you the script that makes it happen: it pulls your current rating from your profile and publishes it on your website as a rich snippet in schema.org markup, which is what Google's crawler reads.
Google ultimately decides whether to show the snippet. The script gives it the right data but can't force it to use them.
The problem is never the happy customer. It's remembering to ask.
Build your survey from a template for your industry, with the questions and criteria that make sense for your business. No starting from scratch.
Then send the invitation by email from ProvenExpert, to one customer or a whole list, with your own subject line and text. The reminder is ticked by default and only goes to people who haven't replied.
Prefer not to use email? The same survey has a permanent link and a QR code you can put on an invoice, a receipt or the NFC device.
Type a name above and watch the preview change.
You have reviews on Google, Facebook, your industry portal and your own website. On their own, none of them is fully convincing.
ProvenExpert imports your reviews from more than 500 platforms and combines them into one profile. You can show that overall rating on your website, on Google and wherever customers choose between you and the competition.
Turn sources on and off to see the rating recalculate.
Sample figures to show how it works.
Reading them one by one won't tell you where you beat the competition, or what keeps coming up in complaints.
The analysis pulls out the topics your customers talk about, classifies each review as positive, neutral or negative, and compares you with your industry average over time.
It also checks every month whether AI search engines recommend you. Each month it runs the same test on seven of them with two questions. The first comes from a customer looking for your industry who doesn't know you, to see whether your business shows up among the recommendations. The second asks about your business by name, to see what they say about you.
You get the results per search engine: whether you appear or not, and whether what they say about your business is positive, neutral or negative.
Topics extracted from your review texts.
Each review is classified as positive, neutral or negative.
Compared with 4,014 businesses in your industry.
Two questions a month on each search engine: one searches your industry without naming you, the other asks about your business.
Mock-up with sample data. Your account shows your own numbers.
Bring together the reviews scattered around the web, ask for the ones you haven't received yet, and put them where customers decide.
