The quotation phase turned out to be quite difficult, a first request was processed quickly - a second one for an alternative window type unfortunately not at all.
The delivery period was within the specified time window, unfortunately the shipping company was an absolute disaster.
A first appointment announcement could not be specified on the phone, on the evening before delivery there was total uncertainty whether the delivery will take place on that day at all.
Late in the evening came the call that the next day at 13.00 the delivery will take place.
However, the shipping company was at 9.00 clock in front of the door and the truck in a cross street. The driver was not persuaded to drive the truck in front of the entrance, but parked almost 50m further in the cross street in which he should not have entered. His only answer was "don't understand".
Fortunately, my neighbor had time and a forklift, otherwise the whole thing would not have gone so smoothly. Based on the experience, I can only conditionally recommend Fensterwelten.
