Everything went so much faster.
Our broker Mr. Löschke sent us the request for the following documents in the morning. At noon, I was able to upload them at my leisure. It doesn't get any faster than that.
The app is clearly laid out and very simple. Even grandma and grandpa still have fun with it.

The app has the following advantage: you don't always have to make an appointment to bring papers and documents.

I must say I am more than satisfied in all areas. I bought an apartment for the first time and got top advice every step of the way. Could ask everything, always a contact person, so that one feels that all around in good hands.
Even after the purchase with questions, concerns or needs I could contact Mr. Ortmann.

I felt well advised by Mr. Ortmann during my follow-up financing. He stayed "on the ball" without seeming pushy. Questions were dealt with promptly. Even if my case turned out to be a bit more difficult than initially expected, he stayed on it and tried to find the best solution. In the end, a satisfactory result was found.

At the beginning, I compared all the big and well-known financial service providers and could not imagine that Finanztooler would be competitive. I was taught better. In our case, Finanztooler has beaten all the big ones in the industry. Our personal account manager is Mr. Ortmann, who convinced us with his very pleasant and professional way of working. Mr. Ortmann is very committed and was available to us even outside normal business hours, so that a trusting cooperation developed very quickly. In the end we are very happy to have chosen Finanztooler (Mr. Ortmann).
