Implementation only 3 stars, as the conclusion has not yet taken place and due to vacations on both sides and representation some things unexpectedly led to additional work.

Everything went so much faster.
Our broker Mr. Löschke sent us the request for the following documents in the morning. At noon, I was able to upload them at my leisure. It doesn't get any faster than that.
The app is clearly laid out and very simple. Even grandma and grandpa still have fun with it.

The app has the following advantage: you don't always have to make an appointment to bring papers and documents.
