Today's FondsKonzept AG was founded on April 27, 2000 as FondsKonzept Service GmbH and sees itself as an open broker association and integrated service provider for independent brokers, distributors, asset managers, banks, insurance companies and... liability umbrellas.
The focus is on the digital administration of all business transactions in the areas of investment funds, insurance, home savings and financing via the in-house platform Maklerservicecenter (MSC) and their control in a multi-channel distribution via process-controlled workflows.
In addition to FondsKonzept Investmentmakler GmbH, FondsKonzept AG, headquartered in Illertissen near Ulm, also includes the insurance expert FondsKonzept Assekuranzmakler GmbH, FondsKonzept MFA GmbH (multiple agents), the asset management company WealthKonzept AG, as well as the in-house liability umbrella FinanzAdmin Wertpapierdienstleistungen GmbH, Vers-Admin M. GmbH and Vers-Admin Agentur GmbH for the Austrian market, and the software company Sosnowski Computersysteme GmbH as subsidiaries.
The cooperation partners include a wide range of companies and fund platforms. As of December 31, 2021, the total portfolio volume administered amounted to EUR 15.8 billion.
Especially for consultants with a fully digital consulting approach, this is an absolutely recommendable pool.
The symbiosis of FinanceHome as a cloud-based customer portal, the fully digital advisory route and the FinanceApp for digital customer signatures works wonderfully.
Because the programming is done completely in-house, things are implemented quickly and efficiently.

Fondskonzept AG is my third broker pool, as I was not satisfied with the two previous ones. The services and in particular the IT technology provided, including Fondsshop, FinanceApp and FinanceCloud, are coherent in the overall package in the area of investment advice and therefore Fondskonzept is my first choice as a partner. I have to cut back on the comparison calculator and sales support in the insurance area.
The staff are very friendly and the systems are easy to use. I would like to see an area for app users in the media library. We could forward these videos to clients. The portfolio analysis should be expanded to include the area of costs.
At this point, a very big "thank you" and compliment for your support with the daily webinar and the provision of your know-how and your texts, ideas and procedures on the subject of Fondsshop! However, I would like to see more support in the accompaniment in the concrete implementation phase of the digitization. I do not like the ticket system to clarify questions! Here, other pools are more "customer-friendly" and faster due to more staff.

The broker service center is a great help in investment consulting.
It's a pity that the insurance area is still lagging behind a bit. But I want to have everything under one roof, because it brings many advantages for the customer and me!
