Personally, I really liked the fact that I was able to do everything at the time and to the extent that my everyday life allowed. However, I would have liked a bit more variety. Just reading through the texts is very tiring in the long run and not much really sticks. The exercises at the end always helped a lot to check again whether you really understood what it was about. The length of the individual modules also made it pleasant, as it was limited to the most important things and there weren't pages and pages of unnecessary information.

I think the online training option is great because you can decide for yourself when to start and when to continue, because you can also scroll back and the lessons are packed into good chunks.

What I don't find so good: The many e-mails when you have completed a chapter, for example!

You can complete e-learning at your own pace. You are not tied to fixed dates. Unfortunately, problems on the PC and tablet, modules could be marked as completed

Overall, e-learning offers a good opportunity to acquire knowledge independently, alongside everyday life. In my opinion, it is positive that FPZ and the content of the modules are very much based on evidence-based knowledge and correspond to current study results.
However, I personally miss the direct exchange with lecturers/colleagues, so that you can, for example, ask questions directly on various topics, deepen and illustrate individual content even more using examples, etc.... A certain amount of face-to-face events, in addition to the equipment training, would be desirable!

This is an extensive training that takes a lot of time. I find some videos too detailed and some topics ( e.g. in physics ) not absolutely necessary. This could be abbreviated so that the benefit for the individual is greater. Overall, I can recommend the training.

I would have liked to receive a correction when submitting the answers !
Simply so that the ticked is not learned incorrectly !

I find the individually configurable time allocation and learning speed of the online training courses very advantageous!
I rate the comprehensive teaching content (partly as repetition) as positive, whereby the advanced training actually took more time than provided/estimated by FPZ staff (in response to a request).

For integration into everyday life and for cost reasons, online training is of course easier. However, it would be a great pity if training courses were only offered in this format, as I find it particularly valuable to experience new content in person, with the opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues.

I was very impressed by the last visionary lecture and unfortunately there was too little time for it ... why not schedule it at another time e.g. after lunch or even as an opening ;)

Also the contribution to long covit was touching and important; to the 'deadly quartet' interesting because of the changed position in the health sector !

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved!
With online training it is such a thing and one has already experienced a lot in the last two years. However, this FPZ Congress stands out positively from previous experiences: starting with the consistently entertaining moderation by Mr. Schifferdecker-Hoch and his involvement of the online participants, through to the excellent and highly interesting lectures with great speakers. The partially pixelated transmission was hardly of any importance. Personally, I was able to take away a lot of valuable knowledge from the congress and will hopefully be there again live at the next congress!

Unfortunately, I have to say that the image transmission for the online participants was really, really bad for the first 2 hours. After the first coffee break, it improved in phases. The content was great. The only thing was that the transmission really upset me a bit and took away the joy. I have participated in many online training courses/conferences and the transmission was much better. But the contact person who tried to improve the picture was good. Thanks for that :)
As I said, the speakers made it really interesting and good.
