Mr. Scheiber supported us, British American Tobacco Germany, with his expertise and knowledge during the implementation of the job cuts at the Bayreuth site and made a significant contribution to our employees finding new jobs in other companies.
Together with his team of consultants, he focused very specifically on the requirements, strengths and weaknesses of each individual employee in order to put together meaningful and focused personnel profiles and application packages.
As a result, despite a tight labor market due to Covid, all employees were quickly promoted to new jobs through outplacement.
During this time, Mr. Scheiber demonstrated a great deal of personal commitment, was always open to feedback from our side and, together with his team, immediately implemented measures that ensured that the set plan was achieved.
