A favorable possibility to continue operating older servers without stress. Fault reports are handled by a large call center in Germany that I have had to use once so far. The technician there was really competent and was able to solve the problem (a sporadic error of the raid controller for which a firmware update was available) quickly.

Hardware maintenance is a very good partner. Problems can be discussed openly and they look for the best solution for the customer and are not tied to one brand or manufacturer. The focus is on the customer. We have been able to reduce all our maintenance costs between 10 - 25% with Hardware Maintenance and they have also been able to convince us with their prices when it comes to hardware procurement.
