There is now a completed study from the Fraunhofer Institute comparing gas condensing boilers with infrared heating. The difference between an air heating system with loss-intensive circulation and a radiant heating system powered by electricity (with PV at zero euros) is becoming increasingly clear. Since we pre-configure the Homematic IP, we have the easiest installation imaginable for the customer and every electrician loves it. Simply connect or plug in, take a photo of the QR code and the system is installed on your cell phone and ready to use.
No need to read the operating instructions, just use it. All parameters are set so that the system is automatically kept up to date. Even more importantly, we can offer a television service and do this free of charge for a year.

I love prospective customers who have already experienced many consultations the most.
Why?
So much crap is explained because everyone has to sell their product. Not me! It's important to me that the customer understands how heat works.
Sales arguments, sales tricks, objection handling, creating mental confusion, scaring people are far from my mind. I need and hate sales training courses in which the participants are trained to talk the customer into signing up.
I don't need this sh... because I pick up the customer who is standing against the wall and show him the way so that he understands what the next step should be.
But you have to be able to afford this advice. Without any sales pressure!

That is exactly my goal!
Every conversation I have with the prospective client is conducted face-to-face via Zoom. The great thing about it is that I have this conversation recorded via Zoom and of course it is saved in the secure system with a password. The interested party naturally receives the link to it (including password) and can download this unique documentation themselves.
This is what I mean by honest, transparent advice that can be verified even after a long time.
The conversation at the prospective buyer's kitchen table, on the other hand, is smoke and mirrors. Many misunderstandings remain, which in the worst case can lead to legal action. As we know, in court and on the high seas, we are all alone and always lose.
That is why I am personally liable for all the spoken word, because the recording is an everlasting document.
I know that trained salespeople (with objection handling) have a very difficult time and avoid documentation like the devil avoids holy water.

As I also like to recommend customers to gradually add an infrared heater to their home, I sometimes like to revisit the purchases in the surrounding area.

Mr. Granegger is a long-standing customer and one of the first people I tried to make a calculation for with pictures and plans.

Many people who don't like infrared should also read this review.
The big talking heads on YouTube only recommend infrared heating for individual rooms. Then there's information that in a really cold room it suddenly gets really warm in one place thanks to a small panel. Both are nonsense.
The right size, in the right position, brings the right heat to the right place in every room. The right place is the human body. You have to bear that in mind. And that's all.
I call it "heat reading"!
