By comprehensive, I mean that he does not only provide advice from the point of view of maximum cost savings, but also advises, for example, on the quality of a possible new provider and points out whether a cost saving is primarily due to a new customer bonus, while the tariff is not necessarily particularly favorable, or whether the tariff itself is advantageous. It inquires about and takes into account the customer's wishes, e.g., whether it is particularly important to the customer to pay the lowest possible monthly budget billing amount or to achieve the highest possible cost savings overall, even if this initially means a higher monthly budget billing price.
