The appointment booking was very easy via an online calendar. I chose the appointment in the office and it was about the topics of occupational disability and retirement planning. Mr. Haapamäki took a lot of time and did not build up any pressure. When all my questions and concerns were clarified I accepted the solution discussed and I am very satisfied with it. I can highly recommend Mr. Haapamäki. What convinced me is the expertise, the professional appearance and that he works free/independent of an insurance company, i.e. he can mediate all insurance companies. Thus, he takes care of my concerns and my wishes. Based on this, he then selects the appropriate insurer. TOP!

I reported the accident by phone to the insurance company Hörz, I was advised to send the accident, the data of the vehicles, the persons involved and some pictures by mail. Within 4 weeks I received the message that the case is settled in my favor. Since one can only say all respect, better and faster it can not be concluded! THANK YOU !
