Very practical training on the topic of stress management and burnout prevention, pleasant and authentic; especially the evaluation discussion of the AVEM stress test was worth a lot and put the learned and practiced practical content again in the right context, so that it became a round thing! I have rarely experienced such a consistent and convincing seminar! Many thanks!

Holger's curriculum vitae and experience are simply worth their weight in gold. He can put himself in people's situations very well and manages to create new perspectives - that helps. Due to his personal nature and competence, I can only recommend to take a closer look at his offers.

With a very successful mix of theory and practice, one was excellently introduced to the topic of stress, symptoms, exhaustion syndrome and early, proactive countermeasures in a seminar. I particularly liked the consideration of the individual, personal risk and, based on this, the recommendation of concrete measures and methods that were previously learned in the seminar.

Ich bin bereits mit einer Vorfreude in das Seminar gegangen, da das Thema eben sehr interessant ist! Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, im Gegenteil! Es war noch besser, als ich es erwartet hatte! Der Seminartag verlief wirklich wie im sprichwörtlichem "Flug". Das Thema und explizit eben die Inhalte wurden sehr gut vermittelt. Zu keiner Zeit war es langweilig...ich hätte gern noch länger zugehört...
Der persönliche Test zur eigenen Burn-Out Gefährdung ist dann wirklich das "Highlight". Beim nachgeschalteten persönlichen Gespräch,wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, um die Ergebnisse zu besprechen und wenn nötig, auch Lösungen bzw. Gegenmaßnahmen zu erörtern.
Alles in allem kann ich das Seminar nur empfehlen!
