Recommendation
Immobilien MARTIN handled the sale of a condominium (empty, used, built in 1970) for us. The advice in advance was very professional and extremely understandable even for laymen. Conclusion of the contract and processing were uncomplicated. Preparation/compilation of all documents and presentation of the property was excellent and comprehensive, also with regard to the buyer. Likewise the communication with us, the interested parties, financing banks and the notary.
We can recommend Immobilien MARTIN without reservation.

Mr. Martin is a stroke of luck as a real estate agent and has not only earned 5 stars, but like the legendary Burj Al-Arab Hotel, at least 7 gold stars.

Thankfully, Mr. Martin placed our house in good hands in a really short time. A house also has a kind of "soul" and this -for us selling and buying for the buyer family- is a big " W I N - W I N - W I N " for all of us.

Mr. Martin is recommended by us to everyone, seller and buyer !!!

I received the perfect professional and friendly input in advance of the appointment and was therefore able to prepare myself perfectly for the appointment. Despite private and therefore scheduling difficulties, Mr. Martin found the necessary perseverance - without being pushy - to come to a common denominator and took the time to achieve a very satisfactory result.
