I became aware of Insurgo through the recommendation of a digital-savvy colleague. I've now been using it as an MVP for over a year and a half. What I particularly like about Insurgo is the logical structure of the system - especially the ability to manage insurance risks in detail independently of insurance contracts - and the intuitive, beautifully designed user interface. Information and documents can be maintained and found quickly. I also like the speed and transparency of the further development of the software, which actively incorporates user feedback. In these respects, Insurgo clearly stands out from other MVPs that I have tested. Another reason for me to use Insurgo is its independence from individual pools. This gives me the greatest possible flexibility in terms of the strategic development of my company. However, this also comes with the responsibility of configuring Insurgo myself according to my own requirements and integrating it into the processes. This certainly requires more work than sitting down in the prefabricated process landscape of a pool. The next step for me is to upgrade to Mailbox Plus. The manual maintenance of all clients and contracts works up to a certain number. But at some point, (partially) automatic data maintenance will become essential for efficient working. I'm curious to see how Insurgo will perform at this next level.
