I have been a customer of Insurgo for years and am completely satisfied. Improvements are constantly being made and automations added that make day-to-day brokerage much easier. The staff there are always open to suggestions and if something seems sensible, it is implemented straight away. The program is clear and intuitive to use, and there is an FAQ for every topic. It offers me exactly what I need as an insurance broker.

Mr. Baier's training course provided a wealth of information and certainly delivered some initial insights. The presentation style could be improved, among other things because there was more or less no interaction with the audience, so there was no time for comprehension questions and their explanation.
