I was in Leipzig in the summer of 2020 and learned about the activities of IVM GmbH and Thamm und Partner GmbH on site. Furthermore, I visited projects that are currently under construction or already completed. I was also able to talk in detail with the responsible construction manager Mr. Thilo Klein (architect) and have the procedure explained to me. All this has convinced me very much and I could gain the impression that one has to do it here with professionals who understand their craft.
