Thank you very much, Stefan! In order to be able to internalize the great content, a little more time for reflection (whether in groups, pairs or alone) would be useful. It would be helpful to focus a little more on your own strengths and potential for further development. This is food for thought for a really great event (! 10/10). Other participants will probably need a different focus. Individualization for everyone is of course not possible. Thank you for your time!
Well-structured and entertaining course. Group work promotes exchange and joint solution finding. The trainer also addresses specific questions from individuals.
Mr. Jezl dealt very well with individual questions and showed various possible solutions. The interesting and clear practical examples were also great!

Stefan Jezl's coaching, which I have been able to take advantage of over the past 2 1/2 years in the form of bilateral meetings or group workshops, has made a significant contribution to successful collaboration with clients and colleagues. The coaching provides essential tools for dealing with challenging situations in everyday working life and addressing complex tasks in a structured way.
I was able to take something away from every coaching session with Stefan Jetzl for work or for my private life. The coaching sessions were very pleasant. The combination of the insights I gained from the coaching and his tips made the coaching particularly valuable.
Overall conclusion: Best training ever
- Stefan brings a great combination to the table: Professional experience as a former divisional facilitator at a bank ("Stefan knows what he's talking about") and psychological know-how
- Behavioral change and therefore sustainable success, as my coaching took place over a period of six months
- High efficiency compared to all other group training sessions: Little time required, as a single session always fits into the schedule and discussion of topics that were important to me
I really appreciate the individual support I received from Mr. Jezl. His positive words and his many years of experience as a manager have helped me to develop professionally.
