Before the online training camp, I was very overwhelmed with the variety of exercises for my back, neck, etc., so that I no longer had the motivation to do something good for myself after the stressful everyday life. The online training camp offered me great added value in this respect, because even with simple exercises I was able to bring about relaxation in my neck, for example. Above all, I also consciously noticed that the training sessions had a positive effect on my mental health.
The atmosphere during the training camp was very pleasant and the exchange among each other also brought another added value.
If you are still thinking about whether to participate or not - PARTICIPATE! You won't get so much input, fun and exchange anywhere else!
