We have been a customer of yours for a long time. Unfortunately, our heating system has been defective for some time.Mr. Kolesch came with a flashlight and diagnosed us. Have called company Prestle..valve from the water clock was defective...Mr. Nagel was my contact ..very friendly, helpful, precise...appointment was confirmed by him again by email...also Mr. Beck on site...on time, competent.
