I have now had to use Prestle's customer service twice and was very well served both times. Both fitters were exemplary in recognizing and carrying out their task. The procurement of spare parts was faster than I dared to hope. Mr. Braig is an exemplary customer service technician!

Ms. Göppel simply impressed us with her ideas and their implementation.

We have been a customer of yours for a long time. Unfortunately, our heating system has been defective for some time.Mr. Kolesch came with a flashlight and diagnosed us. Unfortunately, he did not even bother to check anything on the heater. There are also other parts nothing working. It it on it also nothing happened. We had several phone calls with the service.
