I have known Kosys for several years and have been able to follow its development. The user training is well structured, very informative and helpful if you are already using a Kosys product.
But it also contributes to the decision-making process if you are considering working with Kosys products and want to invest in yourself. I also like the customer loyalty, the service has always impressed me.
Joshua explains the key content and context very clearly and his friendly manner makes it easy for me to listen.

The advertised perfect possibilities of user training and its optimal use were only suboptimally fulfilled. It had more the impression of a sales event. Many answers were given with reference to support. It might have been better if a participant from the support team had attended this webinar. Satisfied customers are good, enthusiastic customers are better.
PS: It may also have been because you were a bit under the weather. I wish you a speedy recovery and please stay healthy!

My aim at this event was to address the most important points in the use of NEOOS®, especially the points that are most unclear to our customers. As already mentioned in the webinar, with 1200 people it is unfortunately not possible to respond to the questions of each individual customer, our support team is actually responsible for this. This was more of another promotional event. It would be desirable to have a real user training session with users of Neoos and FNPLY. My questions about FNPLY, for example, were not answered, but various questions about installation, etc., which do not interest 1000 participants and where then only reference was made to support.
