I have never been able to reach Ms. Hansel directly and immediately by phone for queries, I have always left a message and waited for a call back. But it comes very quickly! I can understand why she doesn't answer when she's talking to customers.
I can't say much about the appointments outside office hours, only that you can sometimes overrun if you don't have a follow-up appointment with her or you are the last appointment of the evening.
During our canceled cruise and subsequently rescheduled trip, Ms. Hansel also took care of things that were not actually her responsibility.
She was very interested in our experiences after this trip and was also pleased with our feedback.
She will also be a great help and advisor on our next two cruises. She is helping us with aspects of cabin selection that we hadn't even considered. For example: how far away you are from the smoking balcony as a non-smoker, where the sun is on which days of the cruise or at sea, etc....
