After the course I have a much better basis to reflect and consciously pay attention to my feelings and emotions in "stress"situations in everyday life. That means I have a conscious possibility to understand my decisions, conflicts and "events that happen to me" by means of body feedback and, if necessary, to resolve situations earlier than I would do on the basis of my purely cognitive thinking.
By listening more to my body, I have the opportunity to achieve a completely different quality of life.
In addition, I can use my new knowledge about emotions for my professional everyday life as a manager to improve my external effect.
