The seminar is a gamechanger for me. The seminar is highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve their emotional intelligence. After the course I have a much better basis to reflect and consciously pay attention to my feelings and emotions in "stress"situations in everyday life. That means I have a conscious possibility to understand my decisions, conflicts and "events that happen to me" by means of body feedback and, if necessary, to resolve situations earlier than I would do on the basis of my purely cognitive thinking.

By listening more to my body, I have the opportunity to achieve a completely different quality of life.

In addition, I can use my new knowledge about emotions for my professional everyday life as a manager to improve my external effect.

The 10 appointments really helped me a lot: I learned how to better perceive, express and use my emotions. The exchange with the other participants was great fun and the shared experience was a great enrichment. Kristina did a great job of explaining and bringing the content to life. Sensitively and with a very pictorial choice of words, even complex relationships are explained very well. The good alternation of theory and practice allows you to feel what you have just learned immediately in the body, so that the body biology can start and work directly.
